I was intially reluctant taking my car to a local shop as it had always been serviced at a VW dealership. When Eastside European opened up, I went in to meet them to see if it was worth it. My dealership was far away and wanted to see if it was worth the chance. I picked the car up to see it clean and waiting. They walked me through the work order again to ensure I was comfortable with the work they had done. What really impressed me was that they offered for me to see the parts they removed. To me this was a very important indication they valued their work, they valued the relationship they were building with their customer. I would most definitely bring my car back to them for it's next service. very impressed. It hasn't performed this well in some time, love it.
I cannot say enough good things about Eastside European. I have an old BMW that has been my baby for years. I had been the only one to do the maintenance for the past ten years, and have been reluctant to find an auto shop. I basically interviewed several shops before I decided to give Eastside European a chance. I am thrilled to say that not only did they an excellent job, but I no longer have to do my own maintenance.
These guys are very friendly and helpful... I found these guys on Google and decided to give them a try. My experience was 1st rate from the walk in to the pick up. Honestly, I dont have a nice car but they treated it like a brand new benz. Prices were very reasonable and they even washed the thing. Chris and Tyler layed out what my car really needed in plain english.. They helped me itemize the most important issues and gave me a time line for when I should get the rest of the stuff fixed.
German cars can be a PAIN to get fixed, unless you find the right guys that really know what they are doing and can actually offer you an afforable price. That said, i am very thankful to have found these guys at Eastside European. I have had very good experiences with the quality of the work, the prices that have been attached and the awesome staff. THANK YOU...and i highly recommend.
